Since selecting the right venue is crucial to the success of the event, we begin by conducting a detailed interview with our client and stakeholders to identify the objectives, goals, mission and budget.  Then we create a customized meeting specification that will become the Request for Proposal (RFP) used to gather and evaluate responses and identify the ideal destinations and venues.  These results are then presented and reviewed, assisting our client with narrowing down a short list of favorites. * This particular service is offered complimentary; as we are paid a placement fee by the hotel chosen for your event
