Terri has over 30 years experience in the events and meetings industry, which provides for a complete understanding of the complexities of national and international conferences, meetings, events, and trade show management. Terri leads a team of 5 Event Managers and 2 Support Staff Coordinators who provide conference and event management services to clients all across the globe. Over the years, Terri has been able to establish a valuable network of worldwide contacts, helping to deliver the best financial options and extraordinary levels of service to all clients. Terri is a current member of the Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Las Vegas Hospitality Association (LVHA), and Corporate Event Management Association (CEMA). Through continuing education workshops, Terri has achieved her Certified MPI designation, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from U.N.L.V, and also holds a certified meeting planner (CMP) designation.


is the Vice President of Business Development for CMA Planners and brings over 20 years experience in the service industry and has worked exclusively in the conference and meetings industry since 2000. During John’s tenure, he has assisted in coordinating over 400 events. With a strong background in Road Show and On-Site Management, John has an in-depth understanding of the overall conference coordination, specializing in timely and personal response to any and all needs. John is responsible for supporting the Event Manager with all aspects of program from Badge Registration, Transportation Logistics, and On-Site Meeting Coordination. He will see that any needs that arise are immediately handled to ensure a smooth and successful event. John is a member of MPI, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and also holds the coveted CMP designation.


serves as the Director of Meetings and Events for CMA Planners. Autumn graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she received the distinction Summa Cum Laude while earning a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a Minor in Global Entrepreneurship.
Autumn’s diverse hospitality experience includes front desk manager in Glacier National Park, team leader at university conference housing, and director of business growth at a custom floral and wedding décor company. Her experience is versatile and her passion for customer service is undeniable. Client satisfaction is Autumn’s top priority with each detail carefully considered from venue selection, contract negotiation, registration, housing, on-site management, transportation and so much more. With each successful event, her commitment to CMA Planners client’s needs has proved to be invaluable.

is the Registration and Event Design Manager who brings over 6 years of Event Planning experience to CMA Planners. Robyn’s area of proficiency is in registration, housing and design management. Robyn and team have managed to handle registrations from 5 to 10,000 attendees with ease and care. Robyn has the unique ability to work on multiple programs and details while creating a seamless attendee experience—resulting in a high quality of customer service. Her key strengths include functional, creative space planning paired with solid logistics strategy—and these skills combined help to continually execute flawless programs.


has over 20 years of experience combined in communication, logistics, training and customer service industries. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and also a Bachelor of Arts in English. Linda works primarily as one of the CMA on-site managers assisting with registration, housing, badges, meetings, and transportation services. Linda continues to provide an exceptional level of service to all clients through the maintenance of systems covering all aspects of Event Management.

Lori Candalino provides 30 years of supervisory and managerial experience in the hospitality industry and joined the CMA Planners team in 1997 as support staff. As a U.N.L.V Hospitality Management graduate, Lori contributes an excellent working knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry as a result of her numerous years with the Sands Corporation. Lori is a valuable resource when managing CMA’s various customer meetings and registration areas. Whether interfacing with the Trade Show attendee or senior executive management, Lori brings amazing professionalism to the environment. For over 5 years, Lori has provided support service for a myriad of medical meetings. Lori is able to coordinate various and simultaneous requests effortlessly.

Kyle Meyer is currently a student at U.N.L.V and assists CMA Planners as the Technology Manager. Kyle has been working on special projects since 2006 and is looking to expand his knowledge in Hospitality Management and International Business. In addition to special projects, Kyle assists with duties such as program research, rate comparisons, facility reviews, bill consolidation, restaurant options, and other facets of the event production process.
